Aerospace aluminum is a kind of ultra-high strength wrought aluminum alloy, which is widely used in aviation industry at present. It has good mechanical and processing properties, good plasticity after solution treatment, good heat treatment strengthening effect, high strength and toughness below 150℃ (even higher), and is an ideal structural material.
Compared with other aluminum materials, aviation aluminum materials have higher requirements on strength, hardness, toughness, fatigue resistance and plasticity. Because of its light weight and remarkable lightweight effect, aviation aluminum has replaced steel and occupied the leading position of aviation materials at present. Aviation equipment has high requirements for aluminum, which is an important high-end application market of aluminum. At present, aluminum tubes, shapes and bars are widely used in aviation and spacecraft, among which 7050 aluminum alloy is the structural material of aviation aluminum alloy with the best comprehensive performance. In order to reduce the take-off quality as much as possible, aluminum alloy materials are widely used in the seat track, main cabin floor beam, wing truss, wing beam and other parts of the science and technology fuselage. At present, the aluminization rate of major large passenger aircraft at home and abroad is about 70-75%, of which extruded profiles account for about 28%. With the development of domestic aircraft, the demand for aluminum alloy materials in the aviation field will definitely increase, and the future import substitution prospects will be broad.
